To be able to handle this mass of junk-mails we use automatic filter software. As this filters never sort unfailingly, we lost important messages from our customers and partners in sporadic cases.
We would therefore ask you to use the contact form for your enquieries and orders. At the bottom of the form is a field where you can place your request. The´se messages will pass the spam-filter and will be handled in preference.
Another possibility is to register your e-mail at our whitelist (via
contact form) so that we can add it to our trusted adresses.
